"Nat," our name for the 15-ft high blue rooster atop the East Wing of the National Gallery of Art reports that Trump thinks he's actually the cock of the walk.  We take that metaphor to its sophomoric extreme, but offer a PhD comment on Trump's (mis)use of power.
